Right-click Winlogon, select New > DWORD (32-bit) value and name the new DWORD ARSOUserConsentConsent.

Double-click the newly created ARSOUserConsent and enter the value 1.

Restart your computer.

The next time you need to restart Windows Update, you will not be asked for a login password each time you restart your system.
