Action Center is a feature of Windows 10 that informs you in real time about the applications and settings of your device. To use Windows Action Center 10, simply click the icon at the bottom right of the taskbar. You can also use the Win+A key combination to open the Windows Action Center. This feature allows you to delete notifications and even tell us what type of notifications you want to receive. You can then define which messages you need to observe and check further and which you want to reject.

November 2024 Update:
You can now prevent PC problems by using this tool, such as protecting you against file loss and malware. Additionally, it is a great way to optimize your computer for maximum performance. The program fixes common errors that might occur on Windows systems with ease - no need for hours of troubleshooting when you have the perfect solution at your fingertips:
- Step 1 : Download PC Repair & Optimizer Tool (Windows 10, 8, 7, XP, Vista – Microsoft Gold Certified).
- Step 2 : Click “Start Scan” to find Windows registry issues that could be causing PC problems.
- Step 3 : Click “Repair All” to fix all issues.
However, sometimes you may be faced with a situation where your action center has stopped working. Well, you have to ask yourself what these situations can be. See below to see if the Action Center is working correctly or not:
- Moving the mouse pointer over the Action Center icon in the taskbar displays the new notifications, but clicking on it will not find any notifications.
- If the Action Center continues to display the same notifications after deleting all notifications.
- If the action center does not open when you click the icon in the taskbar.
If you experience any of these three problems, this is a sign that you need to repair the center of action of your device. The first step should be to reboot your system and check if it is working. If this is not the case, here are some simple steps you can try to solve the problem. Before you begin, first create a system restore point and make sure your Windows 10 operating system is updated.
1 : Restart File Explorer
Restart File Explorer and see if it helps. To do this, open the Task Manager and use the context menu.
Doing so has helped some.
2: Re-register the action center using the PowerShell
Open a high PowerShell prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
Get-AppxPackage | % { Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register'$($_. InstallLocation)AppxManifest.xml' -verbose }
When the process is complete, restart your computer and check it.
3 : Rename the Usrclass.dat
A message on Microsoft Answers recommends deleting the Usrclass.dat file. To do this, press Win+R. The Run dialog box opens. Copy the following into this field and click OK :
% local application data%MicrosoftWindows
Scroll down and find the file UsrClass.dat. Rename the file to UsrClassold.dat.
Renaming the file followed by a system reboot should solve the problem. View this message if you receive a warning that The action cannot be completed because the file is open in System.
4: Clean the boots
Start clean and check if this problem persists. If this is the case, you may need to determine which process interferes with its proper functioning.
Best wishes!
