Windows 10 Build 10162 ISO available for download, with few bug fixes
Microsoft has flooded this week with new Windows 10 builds, not one or two but three. On July 2 Microsoft has released the latest Windows 10 Build 10162 to the Fast ring of Windows Insider program. Few hours after releasing the new build the company has also released ISO files for this build ahead of slow ring, that means Windows Insiders finally get to download official ISO files for clean install of the OS.
This is great news for the users those who are stuck on build 10130. This is the reason why Windows Update isn’t able to find and download new preview. Making the ISO files available to the Windows Insiders will help them to move to stable and polished version of OS to more users.
If you expect new features and changes, then Microsoft may disappoint you. This is because Microsoft is not intended to release any significant features and changes before Windows 10 RTM release. In this build, the company has focused on polishing UI, smashing bugs, battery life, stability and performance improvements.
Users can now see the new popup tips that helps the users to discover the features that they haven’t used in Windows 10. These tips were designed to show you how the Operating System will work and this also means that you shouldn’t see the tips for the things that you already know how to use in the final release.
Prior to this build Microsoft released Build 10158 and 10159 in 24 hours gap which brings lot of new features and changes. All the feature and changes of builds 10158 and 10159 are included in the latest build. Looking at this continuous unexpected build ISO files we can safely assume that this is not the end of it. We can expect more builds before launch of RTM on July 29.
