The Texturizer taskbar is a small portable application that does not even add new entries to the Windows registry. Use the File Browser to select a basic texture and an effect texture that can be one of the seven templates included in the package. Or you can use your own PNG files.
It comes with more than 10 textures and currently only works if your taskbar is set.
Once you have selected the image, click Set Texture to get a new look. To restore the default view, select Restore.
