Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 officially available for Mac
Microsoft has officially announced the launch of Visual Studio 2017 for Mac users. The announcement was made at build 2017. Microsoft had launched the private preview of its latest IDE (Integrated development environment) in November last year and after extensive testing, it seems to be available as a public preview.
The latest version of visual studio for Mac will have all the capabilities to build services for multiple platforms. In the statement, Microsoft said,
Visual Studio for Mac brings the integrated development environment (IDE) loved by millions to the Mac. Developers get a great IDE and a single environment to not only work on end-to-end solutions – from mobile and web apps to games – but also to integrate with and deploy to Azure. Whether you use C#, F#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Xamarin or Unity, you’ll get a best-in-class development environment, natively designed for the Mac.
