Two industry giants Microsoft and Adobe has entered into strategic partnership at Adobe summit in London. The main aim of this partnership between these two companies is to boost the customer engagement across sales, services and marketing. The combination of Adobe’s market leading Cloud solutions along with Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM allow the brands to deliver the best customer engagement experiences ad enhance the core areas like reach, acquisition and loyalty.
