  • Press Win+R keys to launch RUN dialog box and type regedit and press Enter to open Registry Editor.
  • Then press Ctrl+F keys and enter your Microsoft account email ID and before proceeding make sure that you have checked the options Key, Values and Data and click on Find to proceed further.
  • The result will come around the below registry keys


  • After finding the both the above mentioned Registry Keys, export them to the convenient location and then click on Delete. Exit from the registry editor and restart your machine for the changes to take place.
